Who Can Join?

Membership is open to the following individuals:

  1. Members of a Catholic parish in Blair or Huntingdon County, PA
  2. Family members or relatives of a current ARC member 
  3. Employees of one of the following organizations:

Air-Ground Xpress, Inc. Garvey Manor
ACCS (including students) General Cable
Altoona/Johnstown Catholic Diocese Headlines Hair Studio
The Arc of Blair County (members) Juniata Civic Association (members)
ARC Federal Credit Union Presbyterian Homes
Atlantic Broadband, Altoona Warnaco
Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School WPS Inc.

Cookson Electronics    

If none of the above apply, you will also qualify for ARC membership by simply joining the Pennsylvania Consumer Council (PCC).  Joining PCC is easy and free!  Or let us know if you are interested in adding your employer or organization to ARC’s list.   • Picture ID (State issued Driver’s License or ID, Military ID, or Passport)
