*Fixed Rate Home Equity Loan Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 4.49% is based on a 15 year term, 700+ credit score, available up to 80% combined loan-to-value, and minimum amount of $10,000 new money, requires a monthly payment of $7.65 per $1,000 borrowed.
